Planning and Layout - The planning layout consists of a "first opening area + management area + expansion area" model, with the first opening area located in the Chengdu High-tech Zone covering 90,000 square meters [2]. Key Tasks - Six major actions will be implemented, including the cultivation of leading enterprises, development of key products, gathering of leading talents, demonstration of application scenarios, empowerment of key elements, and strengthening governance compliance [2]. Industry Focus - The initiative will support the humanoid robot industry by enhancing manufacturing capabilities and creating popular products, while also accelerating the deployment of large models through a collaborative approach involving local enterprises and government support [3]. Innovation Application Scenarios - The program encourages provincial departments and state-owned enterprises to open application scenarios to resident companies, aiming to create benchmark scenarios in various sectors such as manufacturing, public security, education, transportation, healthcare, elderly care, and national defense [3]. Operational Management - A state-owned platform company in Chengdu High-tech Zone will be responsible for the construction and operation of "Zhuge Space," coordinating essential development elements like electricity, computing power, and data to reduce operational costs for AI enterprises [3].
