Group 4: Shenzhen Pinghu Laboratory - The Shenzhen Pinghu Laboratory, part of the National Third-Generation Semiconductor Technology Innovation Center, has completed domestic verification for 123 pieces of equipment, achieving a 99.2% completion rate for equipment localization [13]. - The laboratory focuses on third-generation semiconductor device physics, materials research, and technology development, aiming to become a leading platform for research and innovation in the field [10][12]. - Future research will also include fourth-generation semiconductors, targeting disruptive materials for applications in electric vehicles, smart grids, and aerospace [15].
