Cornerstone Capital to acquire another Texas bank

Cornerstone Capital Bancorp, a one-time independent mortgage banker that acquired a depository, has agreed to purchase another bank, Peoples Bancorp of Lubbock, Texas.Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
