Group 1 - The National Immigration Administration of China has announced ten immigration and exit-entry management service policies to promote high-level openness and high-quality development, with four measures specifically related to Zhejiang province [1] - Starting from November 20, the pilot program for online application for the renewal and reissuance of exit-entry documents for residents in Zhejiang has been expanded to include four additional cities: Huzhou, Jiaxing, Shaoxing, and Jinhua, in addition to Hangzhou and Ningbo [1] - Residents aged 16 and above in the pilot cities who have previously applied for ordinary passports or travel permits to Hong Kong and Macau, and meet certain conditions, can now apply online without visiting the exit-entry service window [1] Group 2 - From November 5, Zhejiang has implemented a talent visa policy for individuals working in the province, allowing outstanding talents in various fields to apply for travel permits to Hong Kong and Macau based on proof from relevant talent management departments [1] - The validity period for the talent visas varies: 5 years for outstanding talents, 3 years for scientific, educational, and health talents, and 1 year for legal and other talents, allowing multiple entries to Hong Kong and Macau with each stay not exceeding 30 days [1] - Starting November 20, residents can apply for an extension of their family visit visa to Hong Kong and Macau if the initial visa does not cover their stay, with applications submitted through designated travel agencies [2] - From November 5, mainland residents wishing to visit Taiwan for family reasons can submit their applications to any public security exit-entry management office across the country, achieving a "national service" capability [2]
