Group 1 - The 2025 Shanghai Professional Technical Talent and Project Matching Conference was held, focusing on the theme "In Shanghai, Towards the World, Creating Infinite Possibilities" [1] - The conference introduced the "Competition, Conference, Exhibition, and Discussion" (3C+1E) model to showcase Shanghai's innovations and practices in professional technical talent development [1] - A new policy was released to support innovation and entrepreneurship among professional technical research personnel in public institutions, enhancing the flow of human resources between research and enterprises [1] Group 2 - The conference published the "Shanghai Overseas Professional Qualification Certificate Recognition List (Version 3.0)", which includes 139 items in the recognition list (Category A), 24 items in the urgent and scarce list (Category B), 41 items in the comparison title list (Category C), and 12 items in the mutual recognition list (Category D) [2] - A systematic professional technical talent evaluation system was established to align with international standards, featuring mechanisms for proactive discovery, rigorous evaluation, dynamic adjustments, and efficient verification [2] - In the engineering technology field, key certificates were selected in areas such as digital technology, information security, data management, artificial intelligence, financial technology, green building, and mechanical engineering [2] Group 3 - Approximately 45,000 individuals in Shanghai participated in title evaluations in 2024, with over 60% from the non-public sector, and about 15,000 individuals obtained senior titles [3] - The mechanism for recognizing overseas professional qualifications allowed 1,159 professional technical talents from 910 employers to apply for certificate verification, including 52 direct applicants from overseas [3] - A total of 225 certificate holders passed the assessment and obtained professional titles through the overseas qualification recognition mechanism [3]
