Sun Communities: Fairly Valued, Flat Dividends (NYSE:SUI)

Sun Communities ( SUI ) is a REIT with a low yield of 3.3%. While many REITs priced as such are growers, SUI does not boast a history of this, and its current portfolio doesn't seem to be ridingI analyze securities based on value investing, an owner's mindset, and a long-term horizon.
