Group 1 - The core viewpoint emphasizes the importance of public legal services as both a "livelihood line" for safeguarding citizens' legal rights and a "rule of law line" for empowering grassroots social governance [2] - The province is focusing on building a more extensive and professional legal service network to enhance the quality of the public legal service system [2] - The comprehensive legal service system includes various fields such as lawyers, notarization, judicial appraisal, arbitration, legal aid, and people's mediation, with a steady expansion of professional personnel [2] Group 2 - As of now, there are 1,457 public legal service centers (stations) at the provincial, municipal, county, and township levels, with over 16,000 public legal service rooms in villages and communities, achieving full coverage of legal services [2] - The province is actively promoting the integration of public legal service stations with judicial offices to enhance service convenience [2] - Various legal publicity activities have reached over 6.67 million people, effectively improving the legal awareness and literacy of grassroots citizens [2] Group 3 - A special action called "1 village (community) legal advisor + N legal understanders" has been launched, with 4,146 professional lawyers providing legal services across 11,865 villages (communities) [3] - The initiative aims to ensure that citizens' reasonable demands are efficiently addressed and legally resolved [3] - The province plans to continue integrating legal service resources, optimizing service processes, and innovating sustainable service mechanisms to create a higher quality, more efficient, fair, and sustainable public legal service system [3]
