Core Viewpoint - The province plans to regularly conduct a "ranking" system for large enterprises and a "listing" system for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to enhance collaboration and innovation within the manufacturing and technology sectors [1][2] Group 1: Objectives and Requirements - The initiative focuses on key areas of manufacturing and network strength, aiming to facilitate collaboration between large enterprises and SMEs through technology innovation and supply chain integration [1] - The program encourages large enterprises to provide application scenarios for new technologies and products from SMEs, as well as procurement opportunities to help SMEs integrate into the supply chain [1] Group 2: Implementation Process - A platform will be established to select SMEs with potential for "listing" based on the needs of large enterprises, with information being pushed quarterly to relevant departments [2] - SMEs interested in "listing" must submit a matching form on the platform by the end of the second month of each quarter, which will then be forwarded to the large enterprises [2] - Large enterprises will evaluate SMEs based on team capabilities, R&D abilities, technical solutions, and demand alignment, ultimately selecting SMEs for further collaboration [2]
