Liberty Specialty Markets names new head of cyber and tech E&O for Europe

Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM), part of Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, has announced the appointment of Oliver Delvos as head of cyber and tech E&O (errors and omissions) for Europe. His appointment will become effective on 1 December 2025.
