Jersey Mike’s appoints Wyndham exec as CFO

Dive Brief: Jersey Mike’s appointed Michele Allen as its chief financial officer, effective Dec. 1, the company said in a Tuesday press release. Allen succeeds Walter Tombs, who will retire from Jersey Mike’s in January after working at the company for 26 years.
