HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas), Comerica Bank and New Hope Housing (NHH) joined community leaders Tuesday to celebrate the grand opening of NHH Ennis, a new affordable housing community for seniors in Houston, Texas.
