THE INDIA FUND, INC. (IFN) ANNOUNCES A 20% INCREASE TO ITS MANAGED DISTRIBUTION POLICY

PHILADELPHIA, Dec. 9, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of The India Fund, Inc. (NYSE: IFN) has approved a 20% increase in the Fund's managed distribution policy. The fund will pay its quarterly distributions at an annualized rate of 12%, based on the average daily NAV of the previous three calendar months prior to the declaration date.
