Akola invests in poultry production

Baltic agrifood company Akola Group is allocating €13m ($15.2m) to upgrade its poultry operations in Lithuania and Latvia. Akola’s poultry business comprises Vilniaus Paukštynas and Kaišiadorių Paukštynas in Lithuania and Kekava Foods in Latvia. The Lithuania-headquartered group is investing €43m ($50.4m) across the wider business in the 2025-2026 financial year.
