Acciona Energía Sells U.S. Solar and Mexico Wind Assets in $1 Billion Deal

Acciona Energía announced an agreement to sell a 49% stake in its 1.3-gigawatt U.S. solar portfolio alongside 100% ownership of two wind farms in Mexico totaling 321 megawatts, in a transaction valued at approximately $1 billion (€855 million).
