Northern Superior Obtains Final Order Approving Plan of Arrangement

Group 1 - The Supreme Court of British Columbia has approved the statutory plan of arrangement for Northern Superior Resources Inc. [1] - The arrangement involves the acquisition of all issued and outstanding common shares of Northern Superior by IAMGOLD Corporation [1] - Shareholders of Northern Superior will receive a combination of 0.0991 of a common share of IAMGOLD and $0.19 in cash for each common share [1] Group 2 - The arrangement also includes the distribution of all common shares of ONGold Resources Ltd. [1]
