Group 2: Technological Advancements - The undersea cable has been jointly developed by Southern Power Grid Scientific Research Institute, Guangxi Electric Power Company, Zhejiang Wanma Polymer Materials Group Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Hengtong High Voltage Undersea Cable Co., Ltd., achieving significant breakthroughs in domestic cable insulation technology [2].
