Quantum Computing to buy Luminar Semiconductor for $110m

Quantum Computing (QCi) has agreed to acquire Luminar Semiconductor (LSI), a fully owned subsidiary of Luminar Technologies, in an all-cash deal valued at $110m. The acquisition would bring QCi a portfolio of photonic technologies, patents, and a team of engineers and scientists from Luminar Semiconductor.
