OAKVILLE, Ontario, Dec. 19, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nexus Industrial REIT (“Nexus” or the "REIT") (TSX: NXR.UN) is pleased to announce the acquisition of two industrial buildings located in Montreal, Quebec for $40.1 million.
