Group 1 - Qinghai Province has expanded the breadth and depth of technological innovation cooperation since the "14th Five-Year Plan," enhancing regional innovation capabilities through open collaboration [1] - The province actively collaborates with national research institutions and high-level universities, establishing research institutes and promoting scientific research in various fields, including the construction of a world-class astronomical observation base [1] - The first "challenge-based" project in the province, undertaken by Shandong Tianli Energy Co., successfully tackled key technological challenges in integrated magnesium production, laying a foundation for large-scale application in the magnesium industry [1] Group 2 - Three individuals from the province were selected for the National High-Level Talent Special Support Program, and 84 were recognized as leading talents in natural sciences and engineering in Qinghai [2] - The province has attracted nearly 60 high-end talents and three innovative teams through major technological innovation platforms, promoting breakthroughs in key technologies in ecological restoration [2] - Over 90 experts from outside the province have been introduced to support grassroots initiatives through the "Technology Special Task Force" for key poverty alleviation counties, facilitating the transfer of advanced technologies to rural areas [2]
