Group 1 - The core initiative is the "Happy Growth" cultural and artistic support action launched by the Henan Provincial Civilization Office, Provincial Education Department, and Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles to enhance the professional capabilities of grassroots teachers, especially in rural areas [1] - In September, 163 volunteers from 15 universities in Henan were dispatched to 82 rural schools across 21 counties (cities) for a three-month artistic teaching service [1] - Shangqiu Normal University has actively participated in this initiative for the fourth consecutive year, sending 8 volunteers this year, totaling 84 students involved in volunteer teaching since the program's inception [1] Group 2 - The volunteers from Shangqiu Normal University demonstrated solid professional skills and enthusiasm for education, filling the gap in art education resources in rural schools and providing much-needed professional art courses [1] - The program has significantly impacted students, many of whom experienced their first complete artistic enlightenment, showcasing the effectiveness of higher education institutions in supporting rural education revitalization and enriching students' spiritual lives [1]
