Group 1 - The National Data Bureau has released a total of 70 demonstration scenarios in three batches, with the fourth batch consisting of 30 scenarios aimed at maximizing the value of public data [1][2] - The data supply method is shifting from "mainly sharing" to a combination of "sharing, opening, and authorized operation," with authorized operation becoming a significant data supply method in the fourth batch [2] - The introduction of specialized forces for data processing and governance through authorized operation helps balance data circulation and security, allowing more data to be safely supplied [2] Group 2 - China currently has over 400 remote sensing satellites in orbit, capable of all-weather and all-time Earth observation, covering various types including optical, hyperspectral, infrared, and microwave [3] - By 2025, China plans to conduct 159 domestic and international remote sensing emergency disaster monitoring operations, completing over 5,700 satellite imaging tasks and providing more than 23,000 high-quality remote sensing data scenes domestically and over 1,600 scenes internationally [3] - The "space star" model for coordinating civil and commercial satellites significantly enhances the speed of emergency response by transforming dispersed data into actionable disaster monitoring data [3]
