Group 1: Support for SMEs - The organization has prioritized the support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by improving property rights protection and market access, and has introduced various supportive policies such as the "Comprehensive Coverage Work Measures for R&D Innovation Activities of Regulated Industrial Enterprises" and the "Comprehensive Action Plan for Technological Transformation of Regulated Industrial Enterprises" [1] - As of October this year, the public service platform for SMEs has served 11,800 enterprises, helping them secure financing of 108.564 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 85.9%, indicating a continuous improvement in financial services for the real economy [1] - Seven financial institutions have signed strategic cooperation agreements with the organization, providing financing loans totaling 58.696 billion yuan to 6,745 enterprises, accounting for 54% of the total financing loans during the same period [1] Group 2: Gradual Cultivation of Quality Enterprises - The organization has implemented the "Three-Year Action Plan for the Gradual Cultivation of Quality Enterprises (2023-2025)" and introduced measures to promote the high-quality development of specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative SMEs, establishing a four-tier cultivation system [2] - The goal is to cultivate three enterprises with a production value exceeding 100 billion yuan, ten enterprises exceeding 10 billion yuan, fifty enterprises exceeding 1 billion yuan, and five hundred enterprises exceeding 100 million yuan within 2 to 3 years [2] - Currently, the organization has cultivated one national-level manufacturing single champion enterprise, thirteen national-level specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprises, and 233 provincial-level specialized and innovative SMEs [2] Group 3: Digital Transformation Initiatives - The organization is actively promoting the digital transformation of SMEs through a specialized action plan, ensuring that 100 enterprises complete their digital transformation by the end of this year, with all pilot enterprises expected to finish by the end of 2026 [3] - A seven-step process has been established for enterprises to participate in digital transformation, addressing issues such as reluctance, lack of knowledge, and fear of transformation [3] - The organization has already cultivated 20 provincial-level 5G smart factories and 2 national-level 5G smart factories, along with selecting 48 high-level digital transformation service providers [3]
