Group 1 - The Yuhang District Yunmen Park Phase I project has officially passed completion acceptance, covering an area of approximately 30 hectares and planned to be developed in four phases as an "ecological green heart" of Hangzhou [1] - The completed Phase I includes the ecological cultural service center and transportation hub, featuring a unique architectural design resembling a modern cruise ship, with a total building area of about 11,000 square meters [1] - The project aims to integrate transportation functions with cultural and technological spaces, providing visitors with opportunities for relaxation in ecological pathways and terrace gardens [1] Group 2 - The Phase II "Yunyan" project will include the first municipal extracurricular education and cultural activity facility in the Yun City area, with an expected teaching area of about 15,000 square meters and an outdoor children's activity area of approximately 9,000 square meters [2] - The Phase IV "Central Green Valley" project covers about 24 hectares and includes a comprehensive slow traffic network and various functional scenes, with construction having commenced in June and 15% of the overall progress completed [2] - The construction progress of the "Central Green Valley" includes 80% completion of the concrete pouring for the Yun Corridor platform and 45% for the hollow structure [2]
