Group 1 - The Beijing traffic management department is implementing a "no-cost first aid" initiative for traffic accident victims across all medical institutions in the city to ensure timely and comprehensive treatment without upfront costs [1] - In 2025, the total number of rescue applications received was 2,882, representing a year-on-year increase of 26.96%, with a total of 117 million yuan in rescue funds utilized [1] - The rescue fund has provided treatment guarantees for 9,059 accident victims, with total funds used reaching 515 million yuan [1] Group 2 - The traffic management department is enhancing policy execution to ensure that accident victims are fully informed about and receive the benefits of the rescue policy, achieving 100% coverage for all traffic accident cases in the city [2] - A deep cooperation has been established with 69 hospitals in Beijing that have strong trauma treatment capabilities, through a four-party agreement involving public security traffic management, district health, medical institutions, and the rescue fund [2] - The initiative promotes the implementation of "green channels" for accident victim treatment and rescue fund assistance within hospitals [2]
