Mobix Labs prices $6M oversubscribed public offering

Mobix Labs (MOBX) announced the pricing of its previously announced public offering of 30,000,000 shares of its common stock for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $6M, prior to deducting the placement agent’s fees and other offering expenses.
