Demonstration Operation Stage: Vehicles must complete at least 240 hours or 1,000 kilometers of demonstration applications, and the operation entity must have conducted a total of at least 100,000 kilometers of demonstration applications or road tests nationwide, or at least 50,000 kilometers within the province to apply for market-based charging for passenger and cargo operations [2].
