Group 1 - The first domestically produced commercial 200kV transmission electron microscope has been launched at the Jiangsu Provincial Demonstration Center for Domestic Scientific Instruments at Suzhou University, developed by Suzhou Bozhong Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. This fills a gap in high-end transmission electron microscopes at the 200kV level in China, enabling research in key fields such as semiconductors, new materials, and life sciences [1] - The transmission electron microscope, known as the "industrial eye" and "scientific eye," can magnify objects up to one million times and directly observe atomic-level structures.
