Group 2 - The guidelines focus on energy conservation and carbon reduction in key industrial sectors, emphasizing the local high-proportion development and utilization of renewable energy and enhancing load adjustment capabilities for industrial users [2]. - Five fundamental principles are proposed in the guidelines, including promoting efficient multi-energy complementary utilization, enhancing renewable energy consumption, and improving the operational management of intelligent systems [2]. - The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will coordinate with relevant departments to implement the guidelines, integrating them with energy-saving transformations and technological advancements in key industries such as steel, non-ferrous metals, petrochemicals, and electronics [2].
