Group 2: Supportive Measures - Improving support measures through investment, technology, land use, and tax incentives to create sustainable business models, and ensuring that at least 1% of industrial land is allocated for resource recycling facilities [2]. - Enhancing research and development of key technologies for solid waste recycling and promoting major technological equipment for resource recycling [2].
