Paychex Announces $1 Billion Stock Repurchase Authorization and Declares Quarterly Dividend

ROCHESTER, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Paychex, Inc. (Nasdaq: PAYX), an industry-leading human capital management ("HCM") company, today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the purchase of up to $1 billion of the Company's common stock.
