Group 2: Support for High-Performance Enterprises - Local governments are encouraged to introduce incentive policies to support performance improvement projects and reward enterprises that achieve upgrades [2]. - Advanced performance enterprises will receive preferential treatment in areas such as electricity pricing, credit management, loan approvals, tax reductions, and green procurement [2]. Group 3: Grading Criteria - Enterprises achieving all indicators at the industry-leading level are rated as A-grade, while those using internationally leading and stable innovative equipment or technologies with significant pollution reduction effects can be rated A+ [3]. - B-grade is assigned to enterprises meeting good industry standards, C-grade for those at medium levels, and D-grade for those meeting only the basic legal and regulatory requirements [3].
