LITTLE ROCK, Ark., Jan. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bank OZK (the “Bank”) (Nasdaq: OZK) today announced that net income available to common stockholders for the fourth quarter of 2025 was $171.9 million, a 3.5% decrease from $178.1 million for the fourth quarter of 2024.
