Group 1 - The core focus is on addressing the safety and quality issues of old residential buildings in urban areas, with a commitment to improving living conditions for the community [1] - Since March 2025, the municipal housing and urban-rural development committee has initiated a "100-day action" for safety inspections and rectifications of urban dilapidated houses and self-built homes, ensuring public safety [1] - A diversified funding guarantee system has been established by the municipal housing and urban-rural development committee in collaboration with other departments to support the renovation of hazardous buildings [1] Group 2 - As of December 21, 2025, a total of 9,916 old residential communities have been initiated for renovation, covering 2.22 billion square meters and benefiting 2.32 million households [1] - More than 11,000 supporting facilities, including elderly care, childcare, and community services, have been upgraded alongside the renovation of old residential areas, with over 66,000 new parking spaces and more than 7,900 elevators installed [1] - The focus for the current year will continue to be on comprehensive governance of old residential areas, transforming community expectations into actionable initiatives for quality upgrades [2]
