Group 1 - The Chengdu Fire Rescue Mobile Team was officially established on January 22, with nearly 500 personnel participating in the ceremony, aimed at enhancing emergency response capabilities in the region [2] - This newly formed team will focus on rescue operations for forest and grassland fires, geological disasters, and flood disasters, serving as a key force for all-domain rapid rescue [2] - The team will also be stationed at the National Southwest Emergency Rescue Center, responsible for command coordination, comprehensive rescue, training exercises, material storage and transportation, and aviation support [2] Group 2 - The team began its formation process on May 7, 2024, in Jintang County, Chengdu, becoming the first unit to be stationed among six regional center teams nationwide [4] - Since its establishment, the team has emphasized both standardized construction and practical capability enhancement, regularly conducting extreme environment training and participating in various rescue drills [4] - The team has successfully engaged in multiple forest fire suppression efforts and has been recognized for being the earliest to complete organization, training, and deployment among the six regional center teams [4]
