Group 2: Support Measures - The plan outlines four support measures to address bottlenecks in the TCM industry, including establishing a provincial work mechanism for TCM development, coordinated by the Health Commission and relevant departments [3]. - It aims to create prominent TCM brands focusing on Hainan's unique medicinal resources, such as geographical indication brands for specific products like Yizhi and Hu Jiao [3]. - The establishment of a global trading platform for aromatic medicines and a regulatory service platform for TCM in Hainan is also a key focus, along with developing a talent cultivation mechanism for the health industry [3].
