Group 3: Infrastructure and Connectivity - The Tong-Su-Jia-Ning Railway and the Shanghai-Su-Jia Intercity Railway are expected to be completed by June 2028, improving connectivity to Hongqiao Airport [4]. - Various cross-province roads will be constructed to enhance the overall transportation network within the demonstration zone [5].
