NHI Announces $105.5 Million SHOP Investment

MURFREESBORO, TN / ACCESS Newswire / February 2, 2026 / National Health Investors, Inc. (NYSE:NHI) announced today that it invested $105.5 million, including transaction costs, for the acquisition of nine properties with 460 units in Kentucky, South Carolina and Tennessee.
