Group 1 - The issuance of the first "specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative" intellectual property securitization product in Zhuhai High-tech Zone marks a significant milestone, achieving a financing scale of 105 million yuan and benefiting 12 small and medium-sized tech enterprises [1][2] - The product features a high-quality structure with nearly 90% of the enterprises being national and provincial specialized and innovative firms, and nearly 80% being science and technology enterprises linked to equity and debt [1] - The asset pool includes 114 patents, with a total assessed value of 152 million yuan, covering key sectors such as integrated circuits, new-generation information technology, biomedicine and health, smart home appliances, equipment manufacturing, and fine chemicals [1] Group 2 - Zhuhai High-tech Zone has seen significant achievements in intellectual property work, with 10,708 valid invention patents, an increase of 1,678 patents year-on-year, representing a growth rate of 18.58% [2] - The intellectual property collaborative operation center in Zhuhai High-tech Zone was recognized as one of the top five units out of 23 evaluated, receiving 300,000 yuan in provincial incentive funding [2] - Future plans include accelerating the transformation of intellectual property operations, improving the quality of intellectual property financial services, and enhancing the intellectual property service system to further stimulate regional innovation [2]
