Ahead of IPO filing, Bonfiglioli Transmissions names Ravindra Pisharody as chairperson

Bonfiglioli Transmissions, which is set to file its initial public offering (IPO) with markets regulator SEBI this month, has appointed Ravindra Pisharody as chairperson, people familiar with the matter said.
