Group 2: Monitoring and Management - Management units of provincial nature parks are required to enhance boundary marking, "sky-ground integrated" monitoring, and biodiversity monitoring capabilities, conducting regular resource baseline surveys and establishing dynamic databases [1]. - Daily management should scientifically determine tourist areas and capacity, improve supporting service facilities, and explore online reservation and timed diversion mechanisms, prohibiting overcapacity reception or entry into hazardous areas [1][2].
