Group 1 - The core initiative is the "Spring Warmth for Migrant Workers" service action, which aims to provide support in areas such as care, travel, employment, culture, health, and rights protection for migrant workers from pre-Spring Festival to mid-March 2026 [1] - The action will include measures to assess the travel needs of migrant workers returning home or to work, ensuring transportation capacity and organization, and providing point-to-point transport services such as special buses, trains, and flights [1] - There will be a focus on enhancing safety awareness and legal compliance among migrant workers, as well as organizing cultural and health activities to support those who remain at their posts during the Spring Festival [1] Group 2 - Local human resources departments will prioritize stabilizing and expanding employment for migrant workers, especially during the peak job-seeking period around the Spring Festival [2] - Various online and offline recruitment activities will be organized, with a focus on providing precise and accessible employment services [2] - A four-in-one training model will be implemented, combining job demand, skills training, skills evaluation, and employment services, particularly targeting the needs of the new generation of migrant workers in sectors like e-commerce, logistics, and elder care [2]
