Group 1 - The core initiative is the launch of the "Tianfu Software π Cube OPC Community," which is China's first dedicated community for AI and digital cultural innovation, aimed at making Chengdu High-tech Zone a preferred location for entrepreneurs in the AI era [1][2] - The community spans nearly 10,000 square meters and focuses on one-person companies in digital cultural innovation and artificial intelligence, offering "zero-cost startup" conditions through core measures like "direct office access and full-service enjoyment" [1][2] - The community has already signed contracts with 12 one-person companies and aims to exceed 100 new enterprise users by 2026, with a target of at least 50% of new registrations and a total of no less than 1,000 users in the next three years [1][2] Group 2 - OPC (One Person Company) is a new entrepreneurial organization model supported by AI technology, allowing individual entrepreneurs to complete a full business cycle independently, akin to leading a virtual team [2] - Chengdu High-tech Zone is leveraging its strong industrial foundation, precise market insights, and mature service ecosystem to lead in the planning and implementation of the OPC community [2] - The local government plans to further integrate industrial resources to provide developers with computing power support, scenario matching, and policy guidance, positioning the area as a hub for AI innovators [2]
