The team responded by consulting with design and supervision parties to implement measures such as adding anti-slide piles to stabilize the slope [1] - To address the cold weather conditions that could affect the strength of newly poured concrete, a blue insulation tent was erected over the bridge, equipped with heat guns and electric blankets to maintain optimal curing conditions [1][3] Group 2: Project Progress and Future Expectations - The Xikang High-Speed Railway spans approximately 171 kilometers with a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour, with over 80% of the route consisting of tunnels, equating to more than 140 kilometers of underground passage [4] - The design team utilized advanced geological forecasting techniques to anticipate risks associated with the complex geological conditions, and the excavated materials were repurposed for construction [5] - All tunnels and bridges have been completed, track laying is finished, and six new station buildings are taking shape.
