TotalEnergies has reported net income of $2.9bn, or $1.30 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2025 (Q4 2025), a 26% decrease compared to $3.9bn, or $1.70 per diluted share, for the same period in 2024. Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) for the quarter was $10.1bn, down around 4% from $10.5bn in Q4 2024.
