Rezolve Ai buys fintech firm Reward in $230m deal

Rezolve Ai, a provider of AI-based commerce and payments systems, has purchased Reward for $230m to enhance AI-driven banking and commerce. The acquisition will see Reward’s customer engagement and commerce media operations combined with Rezolve Ai’s conversational commerce and AI technologies.
