PwC UK strengthens governance with Marcus Bokkerink appointment

PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) UK has named Marcus Bokkerink as an independent non‑executive and audit non‑executive, with the aim of strengthening governance and oversight. In his new capacity, Bokkerink will sit on the firm’s Public Interest Body (PIB), joining PIB chair Philip Rycroft alongside existing members Suzanne Baxter and Rob Perrins.
