Enstar agrees to buy AF Group from Blue Cross

Sixth Street-backed reinsurer Enstar Group has agreed to acquire 100% of Accident Fund Holdings (AF Group) from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed.
