Aon appoints Nick Fraccalvieri to lead global facultative reinsurance unit

Aon has selected Nick Fraccalvieri to serve as CEO of global facultative at its Reinsurance Solutions division, effective from 1 March 2026. Fraccalvieri joined Aon in 2023, becoming CEO of EMEA facultative reinsurance activities, a role he will retain alongside his new responsibilities.
