Talanx gains full ownership of Warta and TU Europa in Poland

Talanx has secured full ownership of two major Polish insurance companies, Warta and TU Europa, following the end of its long-standing partnership with Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company. The transfer of shares was concluded on 16 February 2026, after both parties agreed to finalise their alliance on 31 December 2025. The terms for the transaction were set in December 2024.
