Thorlabs adopts Stora Enso’s wood-based foam for protective packaging

Thorlabs Sweden has adopted Stora Enso’s Papira biodegradable, wood-based cellulose foam for packing its optical and electronic equipment. Emballageteknik contributed its experience in packaging to tailor Papira into a solution suitable for precision products to replace traditional fossil-based foams.
